Description: Social Work sessions provide a compassionate and collaborative space to address challenges affecting your mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Using a holistic and strengths-based approach, your Social Worker will support you in exploring concerns, developing coping strategies, and connecting with your values and resources. Sessions may include elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs.
