Psychotherapy with a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Sessions focus on improving mental health and well-being through evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs. Your RPN will work with you to identify patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop strategies for coping, healing, and personal growth. Care is provided within the nursing scope of practice and integrates both mental health and holistic health perspectives. Social Work

Description: Social Work sessions provide a compassionate and collaborative space to address challenges affecting your mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Using a holistic and strengths-based approach, your Social Worker will support you in exploring concerns, developing coping strategies, and connecting with your values and resources. Sessions may include elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. Common areas of support: Stress, anxiety, and depression Life transitions and adjustment Relationship and family challenges Grief, loss, and trauma recovery Self-esteem and personal growth Navigating systems and accessing community resources

Legal Support

Our in-house lawyer provides legal support and consultation for clients navigating complex situations related to injury, workplace, and insurance matters in Ontario. Legal services are designed to help you understand your rights, explore your options, and access fair representation and guidance throughout your recovery or claims process. Areas of support include: Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) matters Short- and long-term disability (STD/LTD) and other insurance claims Personal injury and negligence cases General legal advice and advocacy for clients accessing services through the clinic Your lawyer will collaborate with your healthcare and rehabilitation team (if applicable) to ensure your legal and medical needs are well-aligned and supported throughout your case. Session types: Initial Legal Consultation (60 min): Review your circumstances, discuss available options, and create a plan tailored to your legal needs. Follow-Up Consultation (30–60 min): Continued support and case management for existing clients. Note: All consultations are confidential and can be offered in-person or virtually, depending on your preference and case requirements.
