Our standard fee for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session is $180. For couples or family therapy sessions, which last 60 minutes, the fee is $180. We also offer sliding scale options based on financial need, ensuring that therapy remains accessible to all who seek it. Additionally, we accept several major insurance plans, and our administrative team is happy to assist with insurance claims and inquiries. Your first session is a chance for us to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with your therapist.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is confidential and protected under PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act of Ontario). The only exceptions are if there is a concern for your safety or someone else’s, or if disclosure is required by law.

We provide psychotherapy for:

We ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are subject to the full session fee, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.
